I just purchased a Dell Axim advanced, and a CF modem. I normally use AOL, but I understand they do not have PPC 2002 software compatibility. Can anyone recommend another ISP that will allow me to connect and surf the web? Or is there a way to get AOL to work?

Thanks in advance

I believe that AOL had a beta test for AOL for Pocket PC 2002. Look around at keyword anywhere beta.

Thanks, but that didnt turn up anything. I guess they are not looking for any more beta testers. I was able to connect to the internet however, using the communications settings, just not able to get to email. Do you or anyone else have the software? If so please email to aspencom@aol.com

Thanks again

If you are not going to be using the PDA much and want to try this, I highly recommend the prepaid service http://www.budgetdialup.com/

They have numbers everywhere that I have looked and I have never had a problem connecting, etc. You basically pay for a block of hours rather than a fixed monthly fee, but the hours roll over for as long as 12 months. You can also set up an automatic replenishment.
