hi guys, newbie here :)

just need to ask a few questions:

1) i installed AND un-installed the games "kriegsgefangen" and "cities" on my iPAQ but the shortcuts under "programs" are still there (with generic icons). >>> how do i get rid of them? i uninstalled using the "remove program" function under settings.

2) how can i change the alarm tones on the clock? it doesn't wake me up in the morning.

3) what memory expansion card should i get? SD? MMC? are they the same? whats the difference?

sorry if the questions seem all to simpe but like i said, i'm new to this...

really appreciate your help. thanks!

Happy to help...

1) Use File Explorer to navigate to the shortcuts (as it appears you have already) and simply 'tap and hold' the shortcut(s). Then select 'delete'.

2) In the Alarm app, tap on the 'buzzer/alarm icon' and select your alarm of choice from the list. 'Alarm 1' should be the default already though. Make sure you've checked the box for Alarm One!!

3) For me, anything but Sandisk. I personally like Lexar chips. SD is slightly faster.

Well I am a newbie Ipaq owner too. I just got the 1910. I also have been researching cards myself. I have decided to go with the Lexar SD 256m card. I actually have a Sandisk card in my BE-300 and have had no problems. With my new PPC though I am going to go with what others support.

I found a deal at buy.com. Lexar 256m card for 67.99 w/ $20 rebate. I went for it. I have used them before and am very pleased. part# CDXRLL
