I know there is handwriting recognition for the psion, but I am wondering if there is something like a miniature on-screen keyboard for text entry. Something like pushing the buttons of the calculator with the pen.

It displays a keyboard on the 5MX screen so that you can key letters in the dark - like in a dark tunnel. I have to search my archive to give you more details. Maybe others can give you a quicker answer.
