Julie mentionned that nICQ is one of her favourite software add-ons for the Psion. Am I right in thinking that this will enable me to "chat" over the ICQ network? Where can I find it?

No installation on the local machine at all, but you have to trust ICQ to look after your contact list etc. netBookBabe 09-16-2002, 08:48 AM Originally posted by diem Have you tried the web-based version of ICQ, ICQ2GO? Yan, I haven't been able to get ICQ2GO to run on my netBook. Do you have it working? I gave up on it and returned to nICQ. 106112909, nICQ is shareware, so of course that involves a payment after the trial period, but it's pretty much worth it, I think. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot view a dialogue - every message is individual, which can make it tricky to keep track of a conversation. It does cope with offline messages though, and keeps messages in history files, too. Julie diem 09-16-2002, 09:19 AM I was just being lazy - I haven't tried ICQ2Go on my nB yet, and wondered if anyone else had... Jonas 11-18-2007, 06:36 AM Err, does nICQ still work for you? I am online but I can't see anyone else being online. They all appear offline :( Jonas 11-20-2007, 03:59 PM Anyone? osg 11-21-2007, 01:10 AM AFAIK, they changed protocol of ICQ (due to security and also to push users for their ICQ SW). In this matter nICQ is obsolete. Jonas 11-21-2007, 03:14 AM Argh, no ICQ for Psion anymore :( PDA Street
