upgrade os 4.1

Hello there, I am trying to upgrade my sony clie pegs360 to Plam OS 4.1.......I called sony they say they won;t help. Can anybody help? they say i have to flash the bios!! please help I can;t find how to do this anywhere

that's because you can't. although the s320 and s360 have flashable bioses (i believe), sony hasn't (and probably won't ever) release the patch to os 4.1. we're probably going to have 4.0 forever on these machines. but don't worry about it, the only difference between os 4.0 and 4.1 is a few bugs most people never run into.
