Sorry if this has been covered I am sure it has somewhere. Anyone got a good suggestion for how to print from opera, like save the page as HTML and then use something to convert it to MBM or to a foramt that will print from a psion. Oh it would be lovely if opera would just polish Opera for epoc with print, and an easy way to toggle between open windows, other than that I find it works really well

About the only vaguely useful way I am aware of is this:
Open the HTML page with Psion's Web, select all, copy & paste into a new Word document, and then print from there.
Basic formatting is generally preserved, although sadly tables are not, and neither are pictures. Pictures can be put back by saving the pictures to disk, converting to MBM, and then importing into a sketch object that has been inserted where the picture was originally (which was/is marked by a funny black square).
Add back pictures is a real pain :(

Thanks Chris. I have sussed the copy paste route, what I need though s tables and stuff in particuar. Recently moved to online billing and would like to print them out. Think it might be cheaper and easier just to pay the m to send me a paper copy, though I like the way Ican sort the differetnt coloumns on the web and would be good to print. Not sure but I just checking that the old psion web brouwser didn't allow printing did it I don't remember ever printing from it as I could load it on the netbook maybe from a CD and save the pages from opera and oen them in psion web, but as I remember you can not print from there either, can someone confirm that. Crazy how they could develop web app you can not print from. I felt sure there was some cunning way to convert an Html file into a MBM or jpg or something that could print from sketch.

The Java-based GrandRapid web browser has a "print" option in it's menu, and I believe that Psion did implement printing for their Java implementation, so that in *theory* you ought to be able to use it for printing (bearing in mind the large memory usage 5-10Mb IIRC).
However, whenever I chose the print option from the menu, nothing happened!
So it may be possible, now or in the future, depending on what the problem is.
Alternatively, I wonder if there exist Perl programs to convert a HTML file into a PDF file (perhaps via an intermediate PostScript file?), from which you could print via PDF viewer. However, I do not use Perl at all, and so cannot help.

I never tried actually prining, but pressing ctrl p in opera produces a print box.

Yes, Istarted an almost identical thread last year, and I'm afraid that the answer was that you have to bodge it, e.g. by copy &paste into another app. The print box in Opera does zilch apart from opening. I'm afraid this ranks with the lack of "save target as"... as one of the warts on the Psion version of Opera.
