I don't care whether it runs faster - but the x55's have much better bettery life apparently so thats where i get interested... only confusing this is that though mu chip is the C1 revision my ROM version is A00 - does that mean its quite an old version? sarin_j 04-24-2003, 01:51 PM I think if you apply the ROM update - downloadable from Dell support site, this would be corrected.
