Max,

On the Palm CD that came with your Palm Handheld there is an application named "Pocket Mirror" it will set up conduits with your OutLook and your Palm. It will synchronize the Address/Contacts, Calendar, Tasks/Todo and Notes.
If you use Outlook on the PC a lot, that is to say you use it for more than "simple" address, calendar and todo information you may want to look into buying a program called KeyContacts. KeyContacts is from the same people that write PocketMirror but it provides the ability to sync much more detail from Outlook to the Palm by replacing the Palm built in address book with their own address book offering many more of the fields that are in Outlook.

To set up the basic Pocket Mirror from your Palm CD and assuming you already have the other Desktop software installed do the following. Put the Palm CD in your CD Drive and when it starts to Auto installs click on the "exit" in the lower right. Go to your Windows Explorer and look on the Palm CD, locate the "Desktop" Folder and open it. It contains a folder "Pocket Mirror" open it and read the "readme.txt" file then click on the "Setup.exe" file and follow the prompts.
