Lotus Notes with Cell and M515

I finally broke down and bought a Palm M515 (a steal on ebay!). I am very happy with using it on Outlook for my personal stuff but I want to be able to use my cell phone (Motorola V60c - Verizon) to occassionaly access email remotely from my company email system (Lotus Notes).

What to do I need to purchase (cables, software, etc) to accomplish this?
