I have a problem with POP email
when I receive email it goes into activesync email not the
POP that I have set up
what up
this is my 2nd Ipaq 3830 the frist one had a burned out
Pixel after two weeks got a new one so restored it when
I got home.
maybe it has messed up the new one,
as in settings for the inbox I have checked the setting
but cannot sort it out yet on Ipaq
PS I am a new Ipaq user, before I used the Psion Revo.
help if you can

This happened to me recently. Don't know why. I ended up deleting my email accounts and reconfiguring them. I only did it this morning, but it seems to be working.

and enter it in again its working

Resurrecting an old thread...
I've got a 3835 running PPC-2002. I have an activesync mail account and a POP3 account. When I set up the POP3 account, it created a separate inbox where I would see all of the POP3 mail. But, after a few weeks, the POP3 inbox was empty, and all of the mail (POP3 and activesync) appeared in the activesync inbox. I deleted and reestablished the POP3 account and it kept them separate... for a while. After a few weeks the same thing. I've done this several times - always the same eventual result.
One curious note - the POP3 mail items that end up in the IPAQ activesync inbox on the do not find their way into my PC activesync inbox when I sync with my PC.
Any ideas?

I am having serious problems with my Inbox. Not only did it do EXACTLY what the previous posts said, but every week or two all of my pop3 accounts stop working at the same time.
When I try to send/receive, I get a message telling me to check my settings. I do, they all seem OK.
The only way to correct this is to delete the account and re-type it in... Exactly the same as before. Then everyting works great again.
This Inbox is really starting to p*ss me off -- I never resolved the issue of the blank emails I get from AOL users also (that come through fine on my desktop computer).
Is anyone else having problems with Inbox?!?

I used the link within this link to get the PPC registry editor, but had to dowload it directly from my PPC, as I couldn't get the software to load through activesync.
