First question: will my sd card work? How many programs are out there that will work? Games? How do I do it? I'm real board tonight and I feel like playing around with this.

I too was bored one weekend! I had great fun attempting to install Linux on my 3650 but turned it into a paperweight. Fortuneately I had already purchased a new 3850.

Appearantly you can run any linux app. It sounded cool to me. I have since sent the 3650 to a friend who has a team of programmers in hopes that they can get it going.

Just a quick warning, The SD slot will not work, it'll only accept multimedia card, and not SD cards. Mainly because while MMC was an open format, SD was a closed format requiring you to pay for a liscence to use the format, as thus not avalible the in linux OS on the PocketPC. But I find that little odd bout that excuse why he didnt do it, mainly because cant you plug a SD USB reader into my Desktop Linux Distros and read SD cards?

It probably depends on the distro, some may have paid for the liscense while the guys at handhelds.org have not.
