Multiple Contact files

I have a 3765. I use Outlook at my company and have two contact fields. The corporate contacts are shared by the entire company. I also have my personal contact file. The ipaq only syncs to my personal contacts.

Is there a way to get the ipaq to sync both contact groups or conversly can I get the ipaq to sync to the corporate contacts?
