Problems with Outlook 2002

Hi, I just installed the Outlook 2002 CD that came with my Ipaq 3850, the problem is this message appears each time I run Outlook 2002:

Cant install or run "SiemensQuickSyncButton.dll. This problem can be solved using "Detect and repair" in the Help menu. Cant open "SiemensQuickSyncButton.dll". Maybe memory or system resources are insufficient or maybe a DLL file is missing

I´ve reinstalled Outlook, I´ve also used that "Detect and repair" feature at the help menu and the problem is still there

Can someone help me or send me that file (and the location where I should copy it)?

Office might be trying to run an "autostart" program that has an Outlook or Office component. Search your host drive for the a program with the same name as the dll in question. If you find it in a location such as C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Startup, you can safely remove it.
