Real Player and very small .mp3s???

Can anyone confirm this for me? I'm going nuts. At first I thought the Real Player wasn't working at all. I downloaded several (quite short) .mp3 clips (from Caddyshack if you must know :-). Everything went fine with the D/L and transfer. Files appeared in the proper card directory. BUT, Real Player on the Zire would simply not recognize their presence on the card. Pocket Tunes sees and plays them fine! Longer songs are seen and played fine on Real Player.
