Perl on Palm

This is more of a general Palm OS question than it is a m515 specific questions but since that is what I am using here I go....

Has anyone ever seen any kind of Perl editor for the Palm OS? Noting fancy, I don't need to actually run Perl scripts on my Palm I just want to be able to edit them.
