converting jpg & bmp files

hey, i was just wondering if there's a program that can convert jpg and bmp files into a file that i can view it with my palm (OS v4.)
i have the makeimg program and the imagex program, but the thing is i have to register it and pay for.. i was wondering if there's a freeware program that i can view the converted pix..

You can try FireViewer. Even though it is shareware, it still runs after the trial period. It has a converter program that works with several picture and movie formats, and HTML. It works with MemPlug (I have a Visor Prism), but does not have thumbnails and slide show.

I went with SplashPhoto. It is on sale until 9/30/02 for $9.95. It reads fewer formats, but has what I wanted: thumbnails, slide show, MemPlug support. You can try it out for free (30 days).
