Dear All,
My TG50 has displayed a "Cleaning up - please wait" message after I've tried to install 3rd apps (mostly games). The device seems to be frozen. I can only reactivate it by doing a hard reset. I also tried to uninstall the palm software in my desktop and doing it all over again but to no avail. It will end up freezing and displaying the same message again. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I am a newbie and have only purchased this device for a week. Thanks a million!!!
