Sync Problems (seeking re-assurance)

I have recently upgraded my PC to XP and have generally been pleased with the results. However, I notice that my contacts are not syncing correctly - the routine often does not complete. I am running PSIWin 2.3 and I have installed the Contacts upgrade on the Psion5MX.

Having read all the posts I can find on this topic I am now planning to install PSIWin2.3.3 (which is downloading as I type) by first uninstalling the earlier version and then running the registry cleanup utility available from Mike McConnell.

I also plan to synchronise contacts and agenda as separate routines in future.

Will the approach I have described solve my problems?

Put it this way - you need to use PsiWin 2.3.3 with XP anyway for reliability, so see what happens with your 'syncing' :)

I'm runing XP Home and PsiWin 2.3.3 and the sync works great with both Outlook 2002 and Lotus Organizer 6. The combination of XP and PsiWin 2.3.3 has been rock stable so I think you'll be OK as long as you do a complete uninstall, run Mikes' registry cleaner, and then install 2.3.3.
