You left out PNY. I use one and found to be quite reliable.

i have had no problems with my sandisk i have a 256sd sandisk and a 1GB cf sandisk.....both work flawlessly....only problems seem to be with axim now and then reading/recognizing them...maybe it is the cards but i dont think so

I have a PNY 128MB and it works great, and recently they are priced very reasonably.
