Wifi Email

I just picked up a Axim advanced the other day, I also have a Belkin 802.11b wifi card for it. I can connect to the internet just fine, but I can't send or recieve emails unless its on the cradle. Is that normal or do I have to use a web email account if I want to get my mail without docking the Axim?

I stumbled across a way that worked for me. Open Inbox then go to services then New Service. It creates a new account that will let you connect to your POP3 or IMAP4 account.
