I just bought one and it took less then 4 days to reveive and they are located in Spain. Cheers jmatero 05-13-2003, 01:13 PM The C has the same two slots in the rear that the T has (designed to attach it to the Palm Hard Case). It's only a matter of time before Palm offers one. The new Zire 71 has them too. ErnieB 05-14-2003, 10:38 AM There is a case available on Palm.com specifically for the T|C. It ties into the slot on the left of the PDA (where the useless flip cover was originally installed). It's $35 + $6 shipping. I just ordered one yesterday. Lancer 05-17-2003, 04:32 PM People seem to love these. (http://www.bellagiodesigns.com/Listado_de_Productos1.php?Categoria_1=1&Categoria_2=2&Categoria_3=23&) ErnieB 05-21-2003, 10:53 AM www.ebcases.com EB Cases just came out with a version for the T|C. I've always liked their cases, and I imagine this one will be up to their usual standards. dougrobinson 05-30-2003, 10:14 PM Guess what - the original Palm Pilot soft leather case works perfectly for my T/C. It was sold by Palm - the one with a belt clip on. ErnieB 06-02-2003, 10:21 AM Originally posted by ErnieB There is a case available on Palm.com specifically for the T|C. My T|C wouldn't stay on the slide--it kept slipping off. Waiting for my EB Case. ndmerrill 06-28-2003, 05:29 PM E&B's Slipper case is pretty nice. You don't have to take it off to hotsync in the cradle, but do have to remove the T | C from its case to sync with the E&B travel USB cable. I like the case a lot though. lenage 06-28-2003, 09:56 PM Originally posted by tonys I am looking for a good Aluminum case made for the Tungsten C. Does anyone have any links for cases made specifically for the C? Innopocket will be shipping their aluminum case for the T/C early July. Its available now for pre-order. Brando also has this available for pre-order. http://www.innopocket.com/EShop/Main/product.php?ID=76&name=Palm http://shop.brando.com.hk/tungstencmetalcase.php ndmerrill 06-30-2003, 11:48 AM So those 2 metal cases look exactly the same, but are sold by different companies at different prices? lenage 06-30-2003, 01:06 PM They are the same...Innopocket (UK, I believe) distributes them. Brando retails them. I have used this particular case for the Tungsten T and was quite pleased with it. macguru 07-01-2003, 10:06 AM Regarding cases for the Tungsten C - I found an excellent "PDA Holster-Belt Clip Case" for my TC. It's from a company called Fiskars, but the manufacturer is "Bucket Boss". They make this case for holding Construction "Job Site Calculators", but it is the perfect size for most of the new PDAs in the same general size as the TC, and even a little larger (maybe the Sony NZ90?). It's tan Cordura outside, has a protective, reinforced cover flap with Velcro closure, and a very soft cloth material inside. Its BEST feature is its Belt Clip - It's Stainless Steel, and STRONG! No risk of this one accidentally slipping off your belt! And it's got a wide enough opening to accomodate even the w i d e s t belt. Very reasonably priced too, @ $12.99 + $5 S&H Part Number: POR 54049 derosnec 07-15-2003, 09:07 AM For those interested in the Innopocket Metal case, I have written a review which you can find here (http://www.darrenking.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Reviews&file=index&req=showcontent&id=5) ndmerrill 07-15-2003, 09:29 AM Thanks for all that work in your review. Very thorough. My case is coming from Hong Kong! 2 weeks shipping time to the U.S. Better not drop the Tungsten (again) before then! (First drop killed it, had to get a replacement in its second week!) jesschoen 07-15-2003, 09:57 AM Is there a metal case made for the Tungsten C that permits the unit to be synched without removing the case? Thanks. James lenage 07-15-2003, 08:46 PM Got my Innopocket Case which I purchased thru Ebay. The fit, finish and compact nature is excellent. I am very pleased with it...it's a looker, too. Using the keyboard is a little awkward with the right hand though. But the TC is staying in this case. It will not hotsync in the case. I currently use wifi to hotsync. Another option is the palm usb hotsync/charger cable. James I just got the Innopocket metal case today and I CAN hotsync and charge the T/C without removing it from the case using the charge and sync usb cable from Innopocket. Also, I can use the Palm slim portable keyboard with the T/C while IN the case. (I use the portable keyboard to input large amounts of text since grafitti and the built-in keyboard can be a pain for that task). PDA Street
