How to move to outlook w/o retyping info

My first question is which is better? Palm desktop, or microsoft outlook?

My second question is this. I am currently using Fraklin Covey Planning Software for the palm, and I want to switch to Microsoft outlook. How do I get all the info I have from FC to MO without retyping all of my info. From what I understand, chapura, and pocket mirror just sync different PIM to the palm but not in each other.

I am sorry if this has already been asked. I couldn't find anything like this.

Microsoft Outlook is much better. You get a lot more flexibility when syncing for each category (calendar, Contacts etc.)

The best way I know of is to do a full sync before you switch to outlook to make sure all your data is on your Palm. Then, when you first sync to outlook, make sure your Palm overwrites outlook and not the other way around.
