thanks to dboehme who mentined this:
http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17676
but i thought I'd repost and say it has:
Palm Audio Patch
Palm Digitizer Patch
a patch to stop 'System out of dynamic memory crash'
And the bluetooth patch to brwose PPP via bluetooth without extra software.
Now the techincal description!

The PalmTungstenTUpdate.prc is a software patch for the Palm Tungsten T handheld. It resolves the following issues:
Digitizer issues affecting the top 5mm of the Tungsten T display not responding correctly or at all. This is typically detected when using pull down menus or applications that utilize this part of the display.
Audio playback issues, associated with playing audio files (such as MP3 or WAV), which affect sound output quality. Enhancements to the Palm Sound Manager included with this update also enable the playback of audio files in the background with some applications.
Issues connecting to the Internet or email via a Bluetooth dongle attached to a PC.
Launcher issues when attempting to access the App menu. The error message "LauncherMain.c, Line:9128, could not complete the operation because the system is out of dynamic memory" is reported on devices with more than 345 files in system memory.
Note: This patch is intended for the Palm Tungsten T and is not meant for use with any other handhelds. This patch incorporates and replaces the following previously released patches for Palm Tungsten T: PalmDigitizerUpdate.prc and PalmAudioUpdate.prc.

I didn't notice your post... if I had, I wouldn't have opened another thread...

I installed it this morning, and have noticed that the audio seems to pop a LOT less compared to the original audio patch.

If you've installed it IIIcRules, can you confirm my observations? I think its a "stealth" update to the update they released before.

Thanks,
-Lazaro

I've just installed the patch, but it didn't change the way my TT sounds... I was trying to check whether the file had been correctly installed, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in my file system, even by using FileZ... Is that normal, or have I done something wrong?

Thanks a lot!

You've probably got it just fine...

It just seems to me that my |T sounds different... better... Before any patch, it was cool... then with the original patch, it sounded pop-py... snappy... especially short sounds. Now, it sounds VERY LESS poppy... not 100% pop-less ... I'd say its BARELY noticable now.

I didn't notice anything. Except the 676KB file size that is. What happens to that 676KB :)

I installed the patch. Now my digitizer is going really haywire more regularly. I initially had little problems with my default digitizer setup. It got worse with the next patch. And it's totally messed-up right now. I couldn't believe this is all hapenning.

Could I possibly remove the combo patch?

it says on the palm website, that the patch is not backed up on Hot-sync. Therefore hard resetting may remove the patch if your machine doesn't function anymore. Remember to backup everything else first though.

Well, here's the thing: seeing how I had lost control over the audio issue, I did a hard-reset and started all over. This time the audio patch indeed improved the sound quality, and unless I use the volume overdrive option in some apps (obviously), there's almost no crackling.

Thanks for your help!

When I installed the "combo" patch my Tungsten crashed continously. I backed up my programs/data, did a hard-reset and re-installed the "combo" patch and all is working good now.

I think all those patches I had on before - plus the "combo" patch on top of that made my Tungsten very unstable.

I was just gonna ask that, should we uninstall the old patches before doing this one??? I have mine very customized, would rather not have to reset it and redo everything I already did.
