Just brought a 3955 (from a psion 5mx)
Out of the box, it froze and continues to freeze both during synching and if I hold the power button down too long
Synching does not work right. I always end up with unresolved data and having had the Active Sync whipe out my desktop calendar and alway afraid that if I do not do it right it will delete and entry in either the device or desktop that I do not want deleted.
Anyone have any suggestions regarding freezing (I have soft reboot and hard reboots several times) It is just so frustrating.

Why get yourself all bothered!! Call HP support and send it back to HP for repairs. They'll overnight you a shipping box and you'll have it back within 7 days or sooner. They pay shipping both ways.

Have you tried a "soft" reset?

Or a "hard" reset?
