Karrier Communications announced the shipment of its first offering into the Symbian OS smart phone market, namely IntelliGolf for the Sony Ericsson P800. The IntelliGolf for the P800 software automates on-course golf scoring, presents performance graphs and statistics in color, and includes wireless access the largest international scorecard database in the world. With over 17,000 signature courses, users can access their favorite course wirelessly using a P800 smart phone. This avoids the manual entry of hole yardages, par ratings and hole handicaps values required by other scorecard products.
