Getting files from davinci link to my DV2

I'm new to PDAs. I have a daVinci DV2. I'm having trouble getting data/files from the daVinci Link in my PC to the PDA itself. I have created the data in the proper form (ie, .txt files). I have done test import and export of the files to other folders in my PC, and all works well. Nevertheless, I have been unsuccessful in exporting to the PDA. I know I'm missing something simple.

Can anyone help?
