Need help finding software

I read on pocket pc mag once that someone came out with software that would allow you play your music from your pocket pc to any fm tuner via infared is this true? And if so can someone please lead me in the right direction so I can purchase it.

I don't know of any software that converts infrared to fm radio signal, but there're several products that plug in to the headphone jack on the pocketpc and broadcast the signal to FM radio station.
