Email retrieval

I am using Multimail with my NR 70 and Motorola (plus cable) cell phone to retrieve emails. I often get fatal alerts and can only retrieve attachments in Word and Excel. Also, I cannot delete on the Clie and get this to delete on my PC server , and when I retrieve headlines only and ask only to retrieve these once, the program still wastes time the secong time looking for them again. Only when I retrieve headlines and bodies of emails does this not repeat itself.
Would appreciate any suggestions re alternative software to Multimail to retrieve emails with Clie and Motoroala cell phone.

If you are using MultiMail Pro with the plugins for Word etc you should not be having this problem. If you are using Pro with difficulty try another mail program! I use an email application that is from Earth Link and it does a good job with attachments but I think it is available only as part of the Palm Wireless modem package.
