I have noticed on several instances that when I enter an appointment time on my Axim, it changes for no reason. I work usually from 9am to 9pm. When I receive a notice for this, the time it shows to me is 10am to 10pm. Why does it keep changing the time to one hour later?

Check the time zone setting on both your pda and desktop and see if they are match.
