Heres an awkward one!!
When using remover I can never see my cookies folder listed, if I have been using IE I cannot delete the cache, cookies or history until I reset the PPC. I assume not many of you will have used remover, so I will lead on to my next question.
If when using IE I click on options to empty the cache, cookies or history nothing happens, even if I reset my PPC and try again.
I use Omega One Program/Battery utility which comes with a cleanup utility and this is how I have to empty the cache - I just don't understand why I can't empty the normal way.
Finally not sure if it is linked but using Avantgo with the Online weather channel - it never refreshes unless a) I reset the PPC, b) Clear the channel or c) refresh all content. Its nothing to do with the channel settings these have been checked and all my other channels work fine.
Any advice appreciated.
