I had one of these for a while as a gift. The inner part which the IPAQ slides into snapped off at the bottom allowing the device to slide clean through. Clearly a design defect. RhinoSkin people informed me, when they received the case today that they wouldn't fix the problem without a receipt of purchase, after already knowing that there was none as the product was a gift and having me send it in anyway.

Bottom line, they've got a lot to learn about customer service, and Don't bother to buy their case, as it won't last you 6months before breaking...

Bizzarre, after an e-mail from them that looked so 'we're not going to do a damned thing' I replied with a moderate response about how I wouldn't reccomend their products...

15-minutes later, and look they're sending me a new one!!!!

I'll keep y'all informed on how the new one holds up, but their customer service just went from F to A+ in one e-mail.

I've heard from a few sources that the outside durability of the Rhino skin is fine but the interior is very flimsy and easily broken.

That was my experience, however, I'll post more results when the new one shows up since they were nice enough to send a new one. It looks like just an oversight in their development, I'm sure they're probably better now than they were. Stand by.
