I have an iPAQ 5450 Pocket PC 2002 with Pocket Outlook. I have my contacts and calendar syncing with ActivSync. I have my email setup with Imap and a pass through using ActivSync directly to my mail server (Mdeamon 6.7.8). At first I had issues because the mailbox had over 2500 messages in it...once I scaled back to 600-700 it stopped locking up (no matter if I only asked for headers from the last day). Now if I ask for entire message, it starts to work on the oldest mail for a while but others still say 0k/10k and are marked for download, yet they never really download. If I mess around with it, it will slowly download a few more but there is no pattern as to why.
