Hard Reset

I've decided to hard reset my iPAQ to clear off the junk and because i am bored. But will the rom updates stay? I belive they should but want to double check. Also are there any no-rom updates that i need to reaply?

You are correct, rom upgrade will stay after hard reset. Ipaq rom upgrade "usually" includes all the previous upgrade, so just check the released date and look for upgrades that came out after the rom upgrade and see if they are relevant to your situation.
