I have a new iPAQ 5455, and my primary purpose of purchase was for utilizing a time & expense program on the go.
Billable Buddy, based on operating the demo, is just what I need for bus. admin. so I bought the bundled-Enterprise Pack with Billable Buddy as a component ($29.95).
Now I'm stuck doing what should be a simple process... registering the software. I e-mailed the developers: MasterSoft MobileSolutions.com, and the response(s) back got me nowhere. The registration ####'s are not in "Help", "Read Me", or sent in an e-mail upon purchase.
Has anyone else on this board bought/and unlocked this software?
I doubt the developers will talk to me anymore since I finally lost patience & threw a bloody fit last night at the cryptic instructions, plus the UNFRIENDLY end-user registration process they have incorporated into the disbursement of this software!
Would appreciate any assistance with this dilema someone may be willing to offer... thanks.
