Dell Axim w/Lotus Notes

Is anyone using an Axim with Lotus Notes?
I am unable to sync my Axim with Lotus.
I am using ver R5 and I keep receiving database errors.
Dell has been absolutely no help

Which app are you using to sync? Lotus Easysync Pro? Intellisync? Cadenza? XTND Connect?

I'd try calling whichever one of them that you are using - not Dell.

We are about to install Notes and I have tested EasySync Pro and it works. Not great - it's slow, and it tends to get "stuck" - but it does work. I am about to start testing the others.

I am using Easy Sync Pro ver 4.0
with a Windows 2000 OS.
I can sync the contact list, and tasks, but I keep getting DB errors when working with mail.
I can't sync my mail
The PPC was giving me exception errors that is why I contacted Dell.
I tried using Intellisync and PylonPro any additional info would be greatly appreciated
