IR has problem to receive from Palm

Hello

I just bought a Axim, and tried to beam contacts from Palm to Axim. Axim doesn't response. On the other hand, when Axim beams out, Palm can receive. Does anybody know what the problem is?

Go to settings/connections Beam and put check mark in the Receiving box. Your ppc is now ready to receive ir beamed data at all times. Uses more battery when enabled. As a power saving alternative use the Infrared Receive in the Programs folder when you are being beamed some data.

I have the same problem even with the IR receive enabled in Axim. I even choose to look for beam and Axim identified the Palm user, but appeared to just hang in that state.
