I get this message when I try to install software to my PDA thru the active sync or look at the add remove programs when the PDA is in the cradle. I am running active sync 3.7. (it happens with the other versions also)

CeAppMgr.exe - No Disk

I have tried to find something on this .. but it is all microsoft dev. stuff.

Anyone fixed this ? thanks, Zina

I am running on Pocket PC 2002, dell Axim. But it did this before with my Casio on Pocket PC 2000.

What OS are you running on your desktop? Have you tried completely uninstall the activesync on the desktop and reinstall it?

PC is on W2k, I did not uninstall it completely, i did upgrade twice though. 3.5 to 3.6, then 3.6 to 3.7. I could give it a whirl though.

that may be the problem bring from the active sync 3.7,remove the active sync 3.7,and reinstall the active sync 3.5 and try again.
