How do you take the back off? I undid the 4 screws but it does not loosen in the middle to come apart. I'm afraid if I force it too much it will break. I believe I'm doing something wrong. Any help is good. Thanks

Part of the back half of the case has two little snap attachments located about mid-body.
After you remove the 4 screws (two at top, and two inside the battery compartment), squeeze the back half of the case inwards so the snap area won't catch onto the front half of the case. It is best if you do only one side at a time. Don't try to squeeze the case inwards and clear the catches on both sides at once. Do it slowly, and it takes some substantial effort too.
But even if you do break them off, my experience has been that the 4 screws seem to adequately hold the case halves together afterwards.
