I don't know about California but right here in central Florida I discovered here in Maitland Florida a fancy Pizza Grill called Loop Grill and they have free WiFi access and it works great because it's on my route to work each morning and I basically park my car outside the entrance and log onto the internet and check mail and send mail...and wholla it's free.
