Fatal Exception. Can someone help please?

I need to find out how to reset my new Tungsten C to the way it was before it was hot-synced. I had installed the new software and it just installed over my previous Palm desktop for my M130. Now it keeps giving me the message "Fatal Exception" as soon as I press the "Home" key. I can't do anything with it and I really could use some suggestions here :confused:

Okay, after playing about with it for a while, I tried pushing into the reset button on the back and holding down the power button and it asked me if I wanted to erase all of the data and I said yes so all is well now. Whew!
