I have always wondered whether or not it matters, given adequate space in either, if one installs a given app in main memory or on a storage card.

Usually, I am not concerned about this given that I don't really run into problems, but recently I used Agenda Fusion (trial) and my Toshiba e310 kept crashing.

I had it on the storage card, since my 32MB main memory has been seeming a bit anemic of late. I am wondering whether or not it matters - I did have a chunk of main memory left - maybe 8MB or so and the app requires about 1MB I think. My numbers may be off.

Are some apps definitely destined or suited for main memory versus storage card memory?

Thanks!

Most programs will install and work fine on the storage card. However there are a few programs that need to be installed in the main memory otherwise it will not function properly. You need to look at it on a case by case basis.
