Can anyone shed some light on this issue (iPAQ 3835, Pocket PC 2002):

* Load iPAQ software/accessory/setup CD
* Click on Install for IBM ViaVoice Mobility Suite
* Prompts, prompts...installation begins
* About 1/3 way through, installation hangs
* After about 20 sec., handheld disconnects from ActiveSync and the handheld and ActiveSync must be reset to allow it to connect again
* When handheld is reset, a message is on the screen after it "boots up" indicating that a CAB file is not the correct installation file type
* The software is not installed on the handheld, but is installed on the PC

Ideas anyone???

Save yourself some times and efforts, and forget about this program, it is not very good. Most people tried it for 5 minutes and uninstall it. We are still quite a way to go before getting a good voice recognition on the pocketpc.
