Tungsten C charging times

Just curious, I didn't get to charge my TC for the 2 hours as required in the "Read This First" manual - my uncle wanted to test if it worked before the TC before he sent it to me via mail.

How long does it take to get the first charge? My green light's been on for like 6 hours.

The green light stays on all the time when connected to a power supply; it doesn't change colour to indicate full charge, I'm afraid.
