hello!! this is my first post here. hope not the last!!!

i would like to know if there is a way to disable the camera on a Palm Zire 71. if i am working in a program and accidentally my zire gets opened, automatically closes my application and starts camera application.

TIA

I am pretty sure that you can't disable the camera.
Does your Zire come open that easily though? On mine I have to push kind of hard to open it up.

thaks, vanquish.

i am spanish and i think i canīt explain my problem correctly, due to my bad english.

i know that camera will not be opened accidentally. what i need is to disable camera when my client is working in my application. i donīt want my client to open the camera and automatically turn off my application.
i know he should take care about it, but i donīt want he to have the chance of "get wrong" (do you know what i mean?)

hope i have explained myself better.

TIA

thanks for your answer, vanquish.

i am going to try to explain it better.

when my client is working with my app i do not allow him get out of my app, but doing it correctly (following some steps).

that works fine with Palm M515 and satellite forms 4.1.

the problem is that i have to update to satellite forms 5.2.1, because my client has bought a new Palm Zire 71, that works with palm os 5 and satellite forms 4.1 does not work with it.

code in satellite forms 5.2.1 is ok, but when he opens Zire, automatically gets out of my application.

i know i must warn my client about opening camera, but i donīt want to give him any chance of getting out of my app, even if he opens the camera in a deliberated way, so i have to be able to disable camera.

i hope to have explained it better then before now.

thanks again

OK now I understand. :)

But I am still pretty sure you can't disable it.
