Can't convert mp3's to my dell axim

When I use windows explorer or activesync 7 to send music files to my dell axim, it gets to 1% and then stops and disconnects.
Any help would be appreciated

Make sure you have enough memory, and it may be a connection setting you changed with your Axim... this happened to me at one time but it stop connectiong all together... Backup all your files and put them on the desktop computer and do a hard reset... HOLD THE RESET BUTTON AND THE POWER BUTTON FOR 2 SECONDS and then it should solve the connectivity issues... if not restore your backup info and contact DELL. If you find this helpful answer mine LOL
