Hi,
I have had my kyocera 6035 phone since april of 2002. Just last night as I removed my headset from the jack, when i tried to use the speaker phone it said “Unplug accessory to enable speakerphone” well I did unplug it. This had happened before all I did was plug back in the headset and removed it. Well when I plugged it in, I noticed the jack was loose and that it has moved in, in other words it was unsoldered from the phone. I can’t hear anything or talk to anyone since it still thinks the head set is plugged in. I have that $4.95 Verizon insurance I’ve been paying the last year, is there anyway I can use this to help me or am I just screwed to the fact where I should either open it myself and try to fix it and if that fails get a new phone? I’d hate to give this up. Maybe I should look for another on Ebay or something to activate that one. Any suggestions anyone? Help?

Hey Guys,
I called Verizon, got the insurnace number called them, told them what happened and al li need to pay is the deductiable which is $50, almost comes out the same as a new one, but if this happened earlier it would have saved me more money. But oh well,
