Converting and playing movies with gMovie

I'm trying to figure out how to play my .avi and .mpeg movies on my T665C. I've installed PictureGear and have transfered a couple of movies, but most of the movies on my computer won't transfer. I don't know if it's because I need to convert them to a workable format or what... Any suggestions? I've tried Kinoma as well and it tells me it can't convert them because a "Video/Audio decoder is not avaliable"....I'm lost...

I am having trouble playing movies on my Zaurus. I too get the same "no decoder available message".

If you figure out the solution, please post it! If I figure it out, I'll do the same.
