I bought a Teal Luncher from PalmGear, after two days it's getting a little stale. Is there anyway to get a faster serial number, cost is not a factor. I just want to get on with my life. There was to be a better way to purchase software in this day of "Computers", get what I mean?!

I'm in the same boat as you are. One week ago I purchased DateBk 5 and Slide Free from Palm Gear. However, I still don't have my serial numbers. I sent an email to PalmGear's web master. They instructed me to go into My PalmGear section of the web site, click on review downloads, click the download links for my purchased programs, and then click on another button to have the developer resend the serial number. I tried that and still did not hear from the developers for 4 days. So I sent another followup letter to PalmGear's web master. They replied and said my order must have slipped through a crack. They are now in the process of tracking down the developers for me. I do not know how long it is going to take to get this sorted out.

If you really want to place another order, you should try another site such as Handango. I have made several purchases from them in the past and have not had any trouble with my orders.

Finally got the serial number and Teal Lunch works fine. Only wish it could link to my SD Card.
