When trying to use Verizon's Hot Spot Wi-Fi connection in New York City with the Tungsten C, I repeatedly got a Fatal Alert, MemoryMgr.c, Lin 2621, Chunk over-locked and the unit froze until a soft reset was done. I have had no problems making other Wi-fi connections, either through a home network or a different public network. Anyone know what causes this problem and how it can be solved. Palm suggested doing a hard re-set but to remove any 3rd party applications, but the problem recurred.
