Unresponsive Buttons

Any new news on the e740 buttons not responding. I saw the bandaid of holding down the record button, but that's annoying.

I have had the same problem. A fix I have found is to do a hard reset (after synchronising to your pc of course :) ), and then re-syncing to get all of your data back.

This has only happened on my e740 once though.

It's happened to me several times, but I don't have to do a hard reset. Generally a soft reset or holding down the record button for a few seconds does it. It's just annoying.

There is not any solution for this problem yet.
